Corporate Retreats & Corporate Wellness Consulting

Corporate Retreats

Molly and her experienced team lead corporate retreats for top organizations, customized for the unique needs of each company.  We offer keynotes, workshops, interactive team-building opportunities, wellness education programs, and yoga and mindfulness meditation experiences.  Our team can lead the entire retreat or provide a wellness component of a larger retreat, including yoga, meditation, nutrition, fitness, breathing, and relaxation exercises.  We love making retreats meaningful, relaxing, and fun.

Corporate Wellness Consulting

We support companies in creating work environments where employees can thrive both in the office and in their personal lives. Working together with both the leadership team and workforce, we discover key stress factors, as well as how those are impacting performance.  We then cultivate wellness programs to meet those needs and offer inspiring trainings to help bring them to life in your workplace.

In both corporate retreats and corporate wellness consulting projects, we support companies in the learning the following:

  • Stress management tools like yoga, breathing exercises, guided meditation, mindfulness meditation techniques, and more
  • Resiliency training techniques used by top leaders and the special operations community for high-stress jobs
  • Conscious listening and communication skills
  • Values-based team-building exercises
  • Professional components of mindfulness

  • “Sometimes when I meditate, flashbacks come to me of helicopters circling and the time we accidentally killed a woman and her little son. Normally, this would have sent me into a breakdown. Now, I am learning to observe the experience, learn the lessons from it. Meditation helps me find the part of my soul that is still peaceful.”

  • “Before we started, I thought that yoga was against my beliefs as a Christian. Now I see that it is completely in line with my beliefs and deepens my understanding of my own faith. I realized too that I was prejudiced against others before this. I guess I didn’t think that Jews or Muslims had a spirit. But there is a Jewish guy in the class and we talk all the time about how we feel in meditation. We feel the same thing. And I realize that we’ve got the same spirit.”

  • “When I get out [of the Residential PTSD program], I told mywife we are going to meditate together. She was in shock. She said, ‘YOU are MEDITATING, Tommy? If you keep shocking melike this, you’re going to give me a heart attack.’ But she was happy. I told her that it is the first thing since ‘Nam that made me feel like I had peace. I told her that I really believe I found a way to be peaceful and that I am going to be a better husband.I am going to make up for all of the years that I was awful to her. I am going to finally teach her something that brings her peace instead of misery.”
