  • "As a holistic psychotherapist, I have studied Yoga Nidra for many years. Naturally, I’ve listened to many different versions of this ancient, healing practice. Molly’s is one of my favorites. I use it regularly and recommend it to all my patients. It’s excellent for post-traumatic growth, insomnia, anxiety, relaxation, addiction recovery, and for people who think they can’t meditate."

  • “During the first few classes, I would always hold onto my cane. During the meditation today, something inside me said, ‘Put down the cane, it’s a crutch.’ I put the cane on the ground. When I closed my eyes again, I felt relaxed. Then as the meditation went on, I didn’ t feel my leg. I didn’t feel anything. I felt like I was out of my own body flying. And then something in my head said, let the thoughts go of the people on fire. And I did. I watched the memory go away. I could still see it, but it wasn’t inside me anymore. And now I’m awake and I still don’t feel my leg hurting.”
